The DGR SingleCopy Perfect Binder is a fully automatic machine for the production of perfect bound, lay-flat, thread sewn brochures and for the production of book blocks with endsheets and backlining.

The DGR SingleCopy Perfect Binder can produce automatically products in different format thickness and binding styles. Every second cycle of the transport system is empty. The format adjustment is done at the empty cycle. It will take one cycle of the machine to do the adjustment for the thickness if the difference is in small steps, but it will take additional cycles if the format is changing more.

The SingleCopy Perfect Binder can also produce in it standard mode without the empty cycle. This is for longer runs. Make-ready is done after the machine has emptied out.
